Yes, JuanSMS has the right to terminate the account that does not follow the Terms of Use and will be ban from using JuanSMS.
You can earn credits upon registration and by inviting people to JuanSMS. You can use your credits on sending text messages within the Philippines, soon we will have other redemption items that you can redeem in exchange of credits. You can also earn credits by sharing on Facebook. You can also transfer your credits to other accounts but your account should be activated/verified before you can do this feature.

You can register by signing up on our Registration page or you can register using Facebook and Google. We are also exploring other ways to register from other social media accounts.
You need to confirm your email address by activating your account but if you register from Facebook or Google then no need to activate coz your email address has already been verified. Note: If you did not see an email from your inbox, please check on your spam folder and tag the email as not spam so that succeeding emails will go directly to your inbox.
You can invite people by going to New Invite page but you need to login first so you can earn credits.
You can change your settings and password on Settings page but you need to login before you can change your profile, passwords, and verify your account.
You can reset your password on Forgot Password page and enter your email address twice. You will get an email with a link to reset your password, and from that page you can change your password. Note: If you did not see an email from your inbox, please check on your spam and tag the email as not spam so that succeeding emails will go directly to your inbox.
You can create and send a message on New Message page but you need to login first before doing so.
Yes, you can send a bulk message by selecting multiple contacts or multiple groups on New Message page.
We charge 1 credit per message part and for multiple or bulk messages, you will be charge multiple credits depending on the total unique mobile numbers and message parts.
You can earn credits upon registration and you can earn more credits upon sharing this on Facebook.

You can transfer your credits to anyone as long as you know their registered email address here in JuanSMS. Please take note that to do this feature, your account should be activated/verified first.
